Yoga for Creativity with Adriana Sabrina
Dive into an exploration of creativity through movement and art. In this playful 1-hour session, you'll begin with a guided yoga practice to enhance the flow of energy, followed by an intuitive drawing session designed to help you connect with your inner world. No matter your skill level, this workshop is about self-expression, self-awareness, and discovering the creative power within.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This choice-based asana practice clears the mind and body and ends with a meditation focused on creativity to tap into creative potential
We'll then gently transition to intuitive drawing by maintaining the meditative state, keeping the focus inward, staying connected to the sensations and emotions brought up during the yoga practice, and using drawing materials to express intuitively
Take home an energetic portrait of your moment in time
