CREATE - Creative Flow Workshop

  • AO Studio 554 Clark Drive Vancouver, BC, V5L 3H7 Canada (map)

Come join us for something a little bit different.

Creativity and art are deeply vulnerable experiences, especially when you're aiming to create authentic work. In this workshop, we invite you to connect with your inner artist, shed creative blocks, and explore new dimensions of expression.

We’ll begin by setting an intention for your creative journey. Sheenae Bunzel from Solii will guide you through a short breathwork session designed to disconnect from your logical mind and reconnect with your body. Following that, we’ll lead a 30-minute visualization, helping you create a safe and inspiring inner space where your creative flow can flourish. Then you'll have time to create an authentic work of art that comes straight from the heart.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Live Sound Journey

  • Guided Breathwork

  • Guided Creative Visualization

  • Supplies Provided

  • Being part of a creative communiy

  • A Date with Your Inner Artist: An opportunity to fully express yourself and make artwork that you are proud of

WHAT TO BRING?

We always provide paper and drawing boards.
