CREATE - Year in Review Workshop

  • AO Studio 554 Clark Drive Vancouver, BC, V5L 3H7 Canada (map)

As the rush to set resolutions for 2025 begins, we often overlook the importance to pause and reflect on the high, the low and everything in between that made this year special.

This workshop is all about giving ourselves that time to slow down and reflect in a creative, meaningful way. Together, we’ll use timeline creation, drawings, and guided journaling prompts to help you reflect on the year that was.

Taking this time to look back lets us celebrate how far we’ve come and gain clarity as we move into the year ahead. Through fun, creative exercises designed for deep reflection, you’ll have the freedom to explore at your own pace. Whether you’re ready to dive deep, pause for a moment of peace, or simply enjoy some creative self-expression, this workshop is your space to connect with your journey in a meaningful and heartfelt way. I’m so excited to be part of this exploration with you!

About Facilitator

Annie Huang

Annie is a certified CJEAI™ Creative Journal Expressive Arts facilitator based in Vancouver, BC. Her work focuses on guiding individuals toward self-awareness, emotional expression, and intuitive connection through techniques like bilateral journaling and art creation.

Annie’s journey began with a profound realization that she was living a life shaped by external expectations rather than her own authentic desires. Feeling unfulfilled and disconnected, she discovered Creative Journal Expressive Arts (CJEA™), which became a transformative turning point. This path of healing and self-discovery inspired her to blend art and spirituality, creating a mission to elevate lives through meaningful experiences and empower others to do the same.

She passionately believes in the transformative power of art as a tool for healing and is dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can express themselves freely, break through limiting beliefs, and rediscover their inner magic.
