Navin Sahjpaul
Navin Sahjpaul is a Music Therapist (BMT), focusing on how music and sound can be utilized in therapeutic, healing environments in an effort to improve one's quality of life and to help individuals overcome mental health challenges.
He is deeply passionate about well-being, mental health, community building, and healing, a believer in the idea that the deepest of wounds can become the greatest of teachers, and that the more we tend to our suffering, the greater our capacity becomes to experience joy, gratitude, and love.
His primary offering is a Sound Healing Experience where he uses music & sound as a restorative experience, opening the heart and creating space for one to connect to their inner landscape in terms of emotions, thoughts, sensations, and memories, providing an opportunity for the body to release anxiety, tension, and stress that has been stored and accumulated within the nervous system over time.
Gabriele Kuzabaviciute
Gabriele Kuzabaviciute is an artist, community builder, and the creator of Draw Around Vancouver (DAV), where she facilitates workshops designed to make creativity and art approachable and fun. Through DAV, she creates a space for participants to explore their creativity, sharpen their skills, and connect with their inner artist in a relaxed, supportive environment.
With a background spanning computer science and the creative arts, Gabriele has presented her work with organizations such as Adobe, TEDx, and the British Council. Her interests lie in the intersection of imagination, transformation, and perception—exploring how creativity shapes our understanding of reality and serves as a catalyst for change. She believes that imagination is a core feature of consciousness, whether viewed through a psychological, aesthetic, or esoteric lens—or perhaps all three.
